My missus has just been talking to one of her mates on the phone, she was telling the missus that her neighbour took his daughter out for a driving lesson this morning and was pulled up by the Police and threatened with a £30 fine. IMO that's just ridiculous.
No it's not. More vehicles on the road, more accidents. Taking up previous emergency services and more important, A+E space.

Can you imagine the work calculating that would mean? I mean you like to think that HMRC could punch some data requests into their super computer, and bingo, out comes the result. The reality, I reckon anyrate, aint quite as straight forward.
Yes I can. However it is simply what I heard had been touted as the proposal.

They believed what the WHO on the ground told the world. Who wouldn't at that point, although I didn't of course but that's because I'm more switched on with regards to China.

Of course you are.

Doctor Richard Horton, Editor of the Lancet.

"In 2003, Chinese officials were heavily criticised for keeping the dangers of a new viral disease, severe acute respiratory syndrome (Sars), secret. By 2020, a new generation of Chinese scientists had learned their lesson. Under immense pressure, as the epidemic exploded around them, they took time to write up their findings in a foreign language and seek publication in a medical journal thousands of miles away. I was just thinking about the report I read about that cruise ship where coronavirus was still detected on surfaces 17 days after people had left, and the hands that may have touched them. Personally I wouldn’t touch anything coming out of China....but that’s just me....
You do know that these 15 minute Covid 19 tests are being manufactured in china

It fits the employee model, with a maximum near £2800 pm, so its not a huge leap of faith to think thats the ball park idea.

Then there is the added issue of what a S/E guy has lost; couriers for example are currently busy as old boots, but most I know would gladly bin off the job for 80% of income from HMG.

I'm making this my last post on this thread today so I'll retire in style for the evening.

Feck the CCP and feck those who believe the absolute crap that the CCP pushes.

The CCP do not impact how the rest of the world reacted to this.

They might have started the fire, but they werent the 1s who decided to just let it burn and see what happens.
