Ok, now I follow slightly more. A level of immunity was/is built having been infected, although that is not a certainty for all, and isn't guaranteed cover against mutations of the virus. Granted no vaccine is guaranteed against all mutations either, but that's about aiming at a background widespread antibody prediction than targeted bespoke treatment.
I was vaxxed, I got a type of covid after my second vax that put me in bed for two solid weeks. I didn't rest on my laurels - I still went for the following two jabs. I'd make those decisions again. I hope covid gets considered and included into the seasonal flu jabs that I have been receiving end of autumn every year for over 15 years.
