So we're left with 70,000 health staff who don't believe in one of the most basic and widely proven forms of medicine. Great.
Not all staff actually give a monkies.
It is immensely easy to get in to, hard to get sacked from.
Pays ok. I know some support workers who are on £30k a year for doing next to nothing.
It is a safe home for those that would struggle in other employment.

Now don't get me wrong, the majority I have worked with are amazing. But as in all walks of life, you have your Mick takers.
I know of a few who are amazing but, for whatever reason just don't want it. No other reason other than, they just don't.

But
I have 2 on my ward. Lazy, obstructive, obtuse, argumentative, did I say mention lazy? Both do regular nights, which on my ward,.means they do nothing and I do mean nothing. Also means they take home.the best part of £30k a year because of night enhancements. They get put on nights because they serve mo use in the day. Both not had the jab.
They know how to play the system, cause they know unless they really mess up, and I mean really mess up they won't get sacked.

We were hoping this would mean we could get rid. No chance if this is now reversed.

Refreshing to be reminded that the only angels are in the bible. There's good and bad everywhere including the NHS.

I just cannot understand why those in the front line wouldn't get vaccinated. It seems utterly selfish.

The court case will be very illuminating.
