You're quite happy to trouser my forum subscription fee though you horror lolI've worked with a lot of Australians and I'm able to confirm they're typically very odd folk.
*waits.
I don't particularly care one way or the other what the Australian government decides to do. Establishing a court with no real authority is decidedly weird, though. The usual reason to establish a court in a statute is because the legislature doesn't fully trust the executive branch on the issue in question, for some reason. If the legislature trusted the executive, they'd just let them run things as an executive agency and have done with it.sounds like sour grapes,
if this was happening in china the WTA be threatening to pull the plug on the whole thing.

The guy really is a tool.
I would say he is thick. But it is more likely he just doesn't give a damn.
Right or wrongs of the Aussie way of dealing with him, I hope he gets booted from the country. As he clearly !earned nothing from his tournament he had. The guy clearly doesn't care about other people's well being.
It's because it's interesting. It encapsulates a major internal conflict that's taking place across countries worldwide in a very neat package. A majority of people in most countries believe in vaccination. The question on the table is where a country's interest in protecting public health stops and tyranny of the majority begins. The answer to that question is rooted in risk preferences and beliefs, which is why there's an intractable conflict rather than a consensus. Since the stakes are high (risk of death/disability against personal freedoms), the conflict is intense. Why is this spoilt brat’s paperwork the main headlines? The most important thing going on in the world today is it

Australia has taken a very hard line due to their geopolitical situation. If you're surrounded by water, you can keep a virus out by aggressively controlling entry and exit. If you have land borders, that's a lot less feasible because physical barriers are expensive and time-consuming to build. A large number of people in a lot of countries would be in favor of a more hard line stance than their countries are taking (though relatively few would likely favor Australia's position). Those who are opposed are pretty vehement.
