Where do you draw the line?
Do you drink too much? Do you smoke? Are you a healthy weight? Do you exercise five times a week? Do you eat enough fresh fruit and veg? Do you follow all advice that your (perhaps overweight and unhealthy) doctor gives you? If you don't adhere to all of the above, then you could be denying someone else who is genuinely in a greater need than you are...
Many people in our hospitals might not be there if they had chosen a healthier lifestyle... life expectancy is going down, and primarily, it's due to personal, or lack of, responsibility.
Coercing people into making a personal decision for the political gain of others is abhorrent.
