Aye thats what I had read aswell but if the busybodies are unhappy with Morrisons being rammed God knows what they are going to moan about if Boris dares open up pubs and restaurants in 3-4 weeks time.

I think they need to be open with the population- if this thing can only be stopped by everyone getting it then tell us or if they think lockdowns will finish off numbers then likewise.

It seems we are just blindly following China who I wouldnt trust if they told me it was Monday.

Not clear enough, can still travel to and from work but no socializing in groups of more than 2? I'm a self employed builder that works with my brother, only us 2 on site doing an extension, can I still go to work?

My big question is how are they going to enforce it?

Are they expecting empty roads from now on? Especially of a night? Like if it was around 12 o clock will they just on the spot fine people for being out?

I'm sure there is measures in place police wise but curious how they will enforce it.

Where I live (province of Ontario) they just announced the closing of all non-essential services and businesses for two weeks. Thankfully that doesn't include the beer or liquor stores.

This is proper grown up advice. Unfortunately, the calamity in charge of the UK is still incoherent.

Youd hope employers do the right thing and let people stay at home.

Everything we can do to help health workers, supermarket workers, police etc is worth doing.

I don't think the government are blameless, Non nonessential businesses should have been shut when Arteta caught it however, The mass panic buying and cramming to bloody Pubs/McDonalds/Markets is all on the absolute stupid public who don't take it seriously and are all just selfish dogs, I hate my own people.

Cheers to all the knobheads - now me and the missus cant go and self isolate in a little cottage in Wales for her birthday - even though we'll be driving in our own car just the two of us and essentially locking ourselves away for three days - we'd have less contact there than we would up here FFS!!

Hopefully any shops or employers that wernt previously shut will now be, so a large portion of people wont feel obliged to go to work.
