Can’t really find anything online, how long after testing positive are you allowed to go on holiday? Is it as soon as your isolation period ends?

I think so mate, but a word of warning. If you’re going abroad, you can still test positive on a PCR test, up to 90 days after the all clear. Which leads to another 10 days isolation.

Happened to my mate who has a place in Spain.

60% of hospitalised being vaccinated in Israel means very little. Its common knowledge that if you vaccinate an 80+ year old it brings their risk down to similar to a 50 year old. 50 year old unvaccinated do occasionally die unfortunately so its similar.

Look at the UK, the country is almost completely open and deaths remain quite low. The vaccine works extremely well.

Isn’t Tuesday the day that always ends up being higher because they report the Monday deaths as well as the ones over the weekend? The seven day average is trending upwards, but fortunately still very slowly.

The figures usually look like that on a Tuesday, due to the fact they don’t report over the weekend. See last Tuesday:

Hospital figures - 153 deaths were announced today, up 137 on yesterday and up 36 on last Tuesday. 147 deaths were in English hospitals, up 140 on yesterday and up 30 on last week. The 7 day rolling average rises to 66.14

All settings - for the 28 day cut off, 138 deaths were announced today, up 114 on yesterday and up 7 on last Tuesday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 82.57

For the 60 day cut off, 149 deaths were announced today, up 123 on yesterday and up 14 on last Tuesday. The 7 day rolling average rises to an even 90

And the week before:

Hospital figures - 161 deaths were announced today, up 142 on yesterday and up 8 on last Tuesday. 152 deaths were in English hospitals, up 137 on yesterday and up 5 on last week. The 7 day rolling average rises to 73.43

All settings - for the 28 day cut off, 146 deaths were announced today, up 109 on yesterday and up 8 on last Tuesday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 88.86

For the 60 day cut off, 162 deaths were announced today, up 126 on yesterday and up 13 on last Tuesday. The 7 day rolling average rises to 99.57

Not just age but when they had vaccine, if we are heading for booster October many people who were first in queue their immunity will waining.
Also which vaccine was given, for example AZ which is around 64% effective against symptomatic Delta, compared to over 80% for Pfizer.
