Only a guess but perhaps reflects a lot of nursing home patients who disproportionately got AZ early on and who, despite the vaccine, are still in at the highest risk of death.How can 2 doses of AZ be less effective at mortality than hospitalisation? Shouldn't those categories be flipped?
