The vaccines will help. But only help.
Indoor events will spread virus - especially amongst half the population not vaccinated.
But I do indeed demand you and others answer me this pretty reasonable question: why is it necessary for some people to have to sit indoors for hours, cheek by jowl with others, just so they can experience the old normal - when the ultimate outcome will be people dying of covid19 next autumn and winter because the cases have rocketed again?
Is that really worth watching some poxy band that sells about 10 'kin downloads in their whole career, or for some dullard who's too lazy to cook to stick a plateful of crap in their gobs at some divvy's restaurant, or some spanner to get pissed every other night. Their 'right' to do that overrides other's right to life?
Let me remind you: 3 million vulnerable people still very much shielding despite the vaccine roll out are dependent on all of us showing some common sense and discipline.
Who are these three million that are shielding, as my youngest lad, who’s in the highest group for vulnerability, had his letter a few weeks back, saying he was free to hit the town, neck swill and eat as much muck as wanted.
Give it up comrade.
