Not really. There are trauma hospitals in London, and non-trauma hospitals. The four trauma hospitals in London are St Mary's, Royal London, St George's and Kings. They will have a lot of ICU beds. Non-trauma hospitals won't.

This is what’s been puzzling me about italy. They’ve been on lockdown and not going out for what, a week now? The shops are empty, only one at a time being admitted. But the death toll keeps on rising, so there must be another reason. Is it that older family members are often living at home with the family? They don’t stick their old folk in homes like we do. And we don’t seem to ever hear what the ages of the dead are as a percentage. e.g. are they overwhelmingly over 80 say, or 90?

It's not going to be fine. Even the most optimistic of the forecasts from Imperial had the demand for ICU beds vastly surpassing the supply of them. Are we honestly expecting things to be hunky dory? Are we going to piss ourselves everytime a bad thing happens over the next six months?
