Don't worry, it'll clot any day now.
Holy cow.
124 Million tests in less than a year! I dont know anyone who has had one, which must be some sort of record.
Most of Europe throwing away the AZ vaccine and locking down their countries cos its running rampant and The Uk is having beach parties while only 10 poor souls lose their life.
Sniff it you eurotrash ferrets.
I fear that those having beach parties will cause us all to pay for it later on though. We have still got half the country unvaccinated waiting for it to rip through again.
10???????
Outdoors mate, massive difference from inside - see last years BLM marches and packed beaches.
As I've always maintained after a long period of lockdown there won't be many in the crowd with covid so we won't suddenly see an explosion of cases, but a couple of weeks down the line that will have doubled and so on until we hit the tipping point. At Cheltenham last year the vast majority would have been outdoors too. Just different ends of the scale with how many are infected at the time.
Been under 3.5k for last 2 days Louie. Before that it was around the 4k mark for a few days with only 1 day over 4.5k I think. Hasn't been above 5k for a week now.Very encouraging.
Still best part of 4.5 thousand testing positive tho.
New infections have dropped by about 30% since the schools broke up for Easter. I'm not sure if all schools are getting a 2 week break either. Hopefully the figures will be even better next week.
I know school kids brought home loads of test kits with them for the Easter break. What are parents supposed to do if any show up as positive. Ring it through immediately to a special number or leave it until after the Easter break and inform the schools.?
So presumably the positive test results will still be filtering through to the daily figures, albeit a few days later. Makes the figures look even better tbh.The radio ads tell them to enter their result on an on line site. I guess that gets the wheels moving.
Yeah ....miss read it mate.Been under 3.5k for last 2 days Louie. Before that it was around the 4k mark for a few days with only 1 day over 4.5k I think. Hasn't been above 5k for a week now.
It was struggling around the 5/6k mark for a few weeks with all the extra testing in schools, but it's great to see it coming down again now.
Death figures is a bit misleading because yesterday was a bank holiday but t's still fantastic to be down to 10. The daily average for the week must be down to around 40 now.
Has Pete got hold of your password Goat? Most of Europe throwing away the AZ vaccine and locking down their countries cos its running rampant and The Uk is having beach parties while only 10 poor souls lose their life.
