Also, the point of the boosters in winter is that we can hopefully avoid full lockdown measures again - or any at all
If everyone has received both doses by then - which they will have - then it’s just a case of getting the boosters to those vulnerable groups to ensure they have extra protection

Good to see the second doses are now rapidly accelerating.

In the past 30 days (percentage of fully dosed):

Germany 2.3 > 4.3
France 2 > 3.7
UK 1 > 4.1

Only 12 nations in the world with a higher share than ours and in the next two weeks we’ll be the best in Western Europe.

The tunnel is now owned by France. It’s in deep financial crap. They want the U.K. to chip in to help with £500M that’s needed, the U.K. is saying it’s yours and nothing to do with us. The french are also looking to put in a high speed rail to Spain, costing approx £500M. They are taking the piss. The little Napoleon wants to be seen as Merkels replacement within the Eu, so he’s acting all tough, saying we can’t have any EU vaccine, even though none of it is developed or manufactured by France. My guess is that if Boris helps out Eurostar this will all go away. Just the French being French .....

The French haven’t forgiven the U.K. for helping to liberate it from Germany. It offends their masculinity. They are only ever really happy when the U.K. does badly, like sibling rivalry. It winds them up even more when we don’t get angry and just ignore them or pat them on the head.....

Had my vaccine yeterday and the last 24 hours were bad, completely wiped me out and fevers

My missus had hers the Thursday before me mate, she said she felt weird, ached all over and fatigued. She was still able to get about like.I still reckon I got Covid when it was first about, I wondered if I did have it then that made a difference to how my body reacted to the vaccine.

Fingers crossed you're not feeling crappy for long mate.
