Well more like robin hood actually, think they will be viewed favourably outside UK and USA, probably very painful after PMs comments last night on greed is good, Geko style...Crazy thing with that 29m vaccine story is how readily they said they were bound to the UK.
And the timing is unbelievably convenient too.
Politics. Again, blatant politics. The EU are acting like the mafia.
Not that much of a threat really, you'd be surprised how many Spaniards holiday in the UK. This Summer is likely to see most countries holiday seasons being domestic. The town I live in has a beach area that is popular with the Madrileños so we will struggle at Easter but Summer should be business as usual.Should threaten them - no vaccine no British tourists flocking to likes of Greece, Portugal and Spain etc which massively helps props up their economies.
Or holidays to Iceland, who are more eager to welcome us back than anyone. Not that much of a threat really, you'd be surprised how many Spaniards holiday in the UK. Yes, I too was shocked to learn that Boris Johnson; a Tory who has espoused his capitalist views in newspapers for decades, is indeed a capitalist. All agree with the points made on my recent post and very vaild. However, the BBC have just reported they were due for Belgium, not the U.K.
Very mixed messaging and as for Boris’s comments about greed and capitalism, there is no way out of this, he cannot talk himself out. The Clown Mask has slipped.

I would disagree, there a lot of similarities except for the vaccine. And while the vaccine makes a great difference with our current situation, we have yet to determine if these vaccines will continue to be effective as the virus continues mutating, it is going to take time to come up with that conclusion.Completely different situation. They never had a vaccine either.
