The French by their nature are vax sceptics. One of the reasons that big pharma scaled down operations in France over the past 10 years. Even though Macron is unpopular his words would have been noted and enforced the French majority anti-vax view.

Guardian reporter is in Paris, interviews the same.
Paris is not France!
The Parigots are unique, not well received in France.

TBF the question really does need to start being asked whether it is "flexible" here - they were really clear it was going to be 12 weeks when they changed it with such fanfare, but there are lots of reports that many second Pfizer jabs are being given earlier than that.

I think its a good thing, but I really would like to know why this has changed (and especially if they've found it doesn't last the full twelve weeks - if that is the case, the world needs to know).
I imagine it’s just so that people get it as soon as poss

The French do what they want, they have a huge history/of protest and rebellion, it’s almost a social norm to go against the popular view culturally.

I remember waiting for Metro in Paris, it was three minutes late, I didn’t bat an eye lid, I kid you not their was almost a full scale riot when it arrived, I couldn’t believe it, it was terrifying I thought some one was going to get killed, all because the metro was three mins late. They take no prisoners in France.

The women wouldn't like me over there then I would be late to my own funeral lol

Lad I know who is 2 years younger than me (must be clinically vulnerable, as he's not a key worker) had Pfizer jab. Got his first one in Feb and had his second yesterday - 6 weeks' spacing going off the dates on his card (he put it on Facebook).

Really does seem it's very flexible.
Wife had 1st Pfizer 8th jan had her 2nd 2 week ago about 9 weeks apart every one she works with been 9 or 10 week apart.

Apparently the European MedicInes Agency looking at the link between clots and jabs has discovered that the EU has got all of the clots and the U.K. has all of the jabs.......

Do you think they'd have journalists and doctors locked up, too?

probably not, though there are more ways to threaten people than locking them up when they blow the whistle (as quite a few NHS whistleblowers have found already, to the cost of their careers)

I think our government are atrocious.

But they wouldn't have been trying to cover up a pandemic.

They probably would have made awful decisions, like. Maybe that's just what the PRC did. Like, leave everywhere else in the nation open for Chinese New Year.
