Hang on part owned by Sweden, no sooner on leaving the EU to get away from foreigners, we are allowing the bleeding Vikings who sodding well started this continent idea of trading blocks to inject us with their serum.

"I was not in any way suggesting they should have been ahead of key workers and teachers who should be ahead but we are getting close to the points where it could be acceptable and actually, football could afford to save the NHS money by buying the vaccines and administering them."

If they aren't able to prioritise key workers then footballers have to wait like the rest of us.

Unless Gareth wants to organise millions of private doses and get them distributed to those in key worker roles and jab his players as part of it.

Wow lol That is so tone-deaf. If the Premier League want to do a private deal with a vaccine manufacturer, go ahead, they have the money, but they can sod off if they think a group of extremely healthy millionaires are worthy of getting their share of the UK's supply of vaccines anytime soon.

They shouldn't be allowed to do even that. Money shouldn't be able to buy you a vaccine full stop.

Denmark said they observed and there were rare cases of blood clots and Norway are saying they have clear clinical proof of patients having a powerful reaction to the vaccine where 2 people out of 120,000 have sadly passed away.

And the EMA have come out and said it's clinically safe as well in the midst of all this am I correct?

Something going round the German news at the moment that they’ve discovered that the vaccine can trigger a wound healing mechanism in some people (increased platelets or something) that can cause the clotting in the brain. Apparently there’s quite a simple treatment for it according to them.
