It’s a really difficult situation. I think, on balance, closing but remaining open to children of essential workers and vulnerable (if they could define vulnerability properly) children is best. I would be very worried and would have felt vulnerable myself sharing a building with 700+ other people during the depths of a pandemic while the rest of the country are encouraged to socially distance and work from home. It’s a disgrace that we have been bounced into. I’ve no problem with closing senior schools where the kids can look after themselves but closing primary schools is just shooting ourselves in the foot.....

It was always the game changer for many in all this. We could have, like many others, muddled along through this and obeyed the advice etc. But this is the one I was dreading.
The closures mean something different to each primary. When we open on Monday, we will have around double what your primary has in total.there are 50 kids in our primary school...and it will cause chaos.....

I had one years ago, but it blew up. Apparently there was a design fault with the thermal exhaust port. The bloke in the dealers obviously didn't mention it when I bought it. I hardly got to use it either. Lesson learnt.Anyone got a Death Star?
Still not convinced in closing schools. On balance, I still think its counterproductive.
