gov confirmed asthmatics will be in group 6. Hoping to get my call soon.
But that's not this coming calendar year, as @BlueToff believes is possible.I get your point re folk being honest.
But if everyone is vaxed, and therefore their immune system had been boosted, over time, (god knows how long mind), covid will become, health and society wise, little different to the normal coughs and sneezes we all get every winter.
Hope so anyrate, and thats kinda what the scientists said a few days ago.
Im praising the NHS Pete - Shame the government didn't utilise them for other parts of the process
Klopp may give you a bell as well if you can play centre half and have asthma.gov confirmed asthmatics will be in group 6. Hoping to get my call soon.
2,000 is a lot easier to manage than 20,000. People desperate enough will get around the rules because they wont want to be arsed doing what you suggest. Enough of that activity from people infected and it'll be a super-spreading event. How does it rely on honesty?
They weren't letting anybody in without proof of a negative test in December. It's basically your ticket in. Without it, you can't go.
And this is in September or August I'm talking about. Not next bloody week. By then, every person in groups 1-9 will have been offered their second dose, so they'll be fully vaccinated. The rest of the population won't be far off either. They'll definitely all have had their first jab. The virus by then, all being well, will be of little note because, barring the vaccines not working - which they're showing no sign of - it will have been reduced to being an illness which hardly sends anybody to hospital. Just like any other illness, so the NHS won't be anywhere close to being overwhelmed by it.

We didn’t even enter our ST’s into the ballots.I went to the United League Cup game, and it was a great setup and well socially distanced, but I still felt uneasy. However, it really wasn’t the same!
Good sign for me being a fellow asthmatic, though mine is a mild form these daysgov confirmed asthmatics will be in group 6. Hoping to get my call soon.

My wife and I have both been working from home since the 23 March 2020 when the initial main lockdown was called. My wife works for the local authority and I work for a water utility company, my wife is set up with dual screens in the dining room and I'm on the landing with the same setup . We have both stuck to all the guidance and havent seen our respective families since this all began including the Christmas lifting of the restrictions.
Shopping is done by online order or click and collect or at the last resort a trip to the local shop, not super Market. We go for a walk to exercise and I go for a bike ride.
We are both now starting to feel the pinch and getting a bit stir crazy of basically being locked up like a convict in our home for almost 12mths.
I don't actually know why I have been compelled to write this down on here of all places but it has helped just to explain our circumstances.
