Hold on. We are in lockdown and vaccinating people. What else, other than burning down our houses and committing harakiri do you think we should do....
The mistakes were made in December.

Very little can be done now. A long way back with a lot of deaths unfortunately. Lots of information coming out that cases are dropping extremely slowly.

Very worrying indeed.

If everybody has been vaccinated why wouldn't it be?

It should be, come the end of summer really.

I mean, masks on transport, going in supermarkets, I think they'll stay around.

There shouldn't be a reason not to have events on etc once the virus is suppressed, which at this point in time for the UK - well, all of Europe - the only way to do that is via vaccination.

I particularly dont like it but infections are not falling and if vaccines don't live up to their promise. Or we struggle to keep up with new variants. We are going to be in deep trouble...

That scumbag Sunak - with the connivance of Johnson - made sure that businesses would not receive aid beyond rent and furloughing workers and thus laid the basis for the massive second wave of infections and death as more and more businesses took the opportunity to define themselves in the loosely defined category of "essential" or "key" work.

This is a crisis in terms of governance as much as a virus. If you make the right macro decisions then people's behaviour follows.

Let's have it right - they dont give a damn about loss of human life. They'll be factoring in hundreds of thousands of lives lost. They are inhuman.

I've been left out of financial support Dave so trust me I have no love for Sunak.

But again, this thing of pedalling that people are going into work because there isn't financial support available isn't entirely correct, is it?

There's furlough, there's SEISS that, if you qualified for it back in March, you qualify for it now.

It is down to the EMPLOYER to use those methods. IF their people cannot work from home, or their business has to shut, then they should be using those methods.

Why aren't they?
