I can tell you from first hand experience that the NHS is desperate to get as many "at risk" people vaccinated as humanly possible. Whether or not the government is capable of actually facilitating that desire is another thing, but I do hold hope that the NHS has some independence when it comes to this.

The army should be helping the vaccination roll out. If we have stocks it should be all hands to the pump.

Haven’t a few people raised concerns over the SA strain and the vaccines effectiveness against it? I only realised yesterday there’s also a Nigerian strain, I’ve got no idea how bad that particular strain of it is. Just to add I’m not a daily mail reader, the article came up on an app I use called Flipboard. Looking at that map in 3/4 weeks the rest of the world will be following us into another lockdown if they aren’t already in one

Seems mad they can test 428,770 people for Covid in one day but only vaccinate a tiny portion of that number

Just have bloody drive-in vaccination centres - Roll your sleeve up and get on with it!
Vaccinations are so much more important than testing.

Only around 20% actually isolate after testing positive. They've never really focused on fixing that either.
