I posted on here last week about my granda getting coronavirus 2 days before he got the vaccine. We have been told he's really ill an likely to pass away in next couple of days. I would give my right arm to have him get a vaccine that was "only" 62% efficient. Its not a competition its peoples life's at risk take whatever you can get an be thankful for it ffs.

If we locked down, properly, schools and all, for a month as of now, I'm convinced we'd break the back of it and get vaccinations rolling.

The majority of primary schools are still open as of Monday apart from a small number of key areas - e.g. not all Tier 4. Secondary schools have a delayed return.
