Show me a single health organisation or scientist that blames China.
I will wait.
China told the whole world on 31st December that they had discovered a deadly virus.
Its not their fault that the whole world ignored them.

China and Covid-19: what went wrong in Wuhan?
The first days and weeks of the pandemic were crucial. So why was no action taken? Through a six-month investigation in the city, the FT has uncovered the answerswww.ft.com
China did delay revealing the true situation with the virus spread. They did, through the WHO, attempt to say human to human transmission was not known as late as mid January.
The virus originated in markets which followed shocking health and safety and food standards, yet the authoritarian government chose not to shut them down. The same government who don’t even allow citizens to access the open Internet.
How are they not to blame ?

Hmmm, that sounds familiar.
It couldn't be that all governments act like this, could it?
Also, as a Singapore based infectious disease expert stated: “You’ve got to remember this was a novel virus and chaos is really normal, especially at the beginning of an outbreak,” said Dr Fisher, who has experience working in west African Ebola hotspots and was a member of a WHO delegation that visited China in mid-February. “You don’t want to push [the panic] button until you’ve got reasonable confidence [in your diagnosis].”
