No mate, its not forever, there are numerous vaccines in the final stages, most will be rolled out by mid next year.

Vaccines that they are already saying won’t fully stop any spread.

Funny how its only a national lockdown now their precious London has started seeing an increase in cases.

Never gave a toss the last month or so when the North was getting hammered with new cases.

Lockdown the country until Dec 1st then see how busy city centres and shops will be with people going Xmas shopping in a short concentrated period.

Vaccines are a very long time away.

Most places already have careful social distancing measures in place and you have to wear face masks in all shops. It doesn’t look to have worked in slowing down the spread, does it?

Have you considered that your neighbours may rely on their parents?

Take someone’s support network away and they could be dealing with a whole lot more than a virus that has a low mortality rate.

If they impose a second lockdown, he won’t be PM by this time next year. It’s going to be the defining failure of our lifetimes (hopefully anyway), making Iraq look sensible by comparison.

I should also say that if they do go down the national lockdown route for a second time without using the time to fix test and trace, then they (the government) should find themselves in prison for a very long time.
