I think they have learnt a lot. Why should Devon and Cornwall close down because some in the North West cba following the rules ? Close down the areas where the problems are and let everyone else get on with their lives.....

I'm quite disappointed at the blanket rules we got today. My parents live in the area with the lowest rates of covid in the province, yet all hospitality is being closed there. A relative manages a coffee shop that is being forced to go takeaway only and he now has to cut all his staff's hours as he can only have minimum staffing. The people making these decisions don't understand the practicalities of them and the effect they will have on people's lives.

The rules are generally being followed was the point being made, to which you pointed towards that video to disagree with said point.

I’m not going to split hairs over it because I can’t be arsed but that video proves noting other than some people will always be bell ends.
