Whole thing absolutely stinks, we are being used as the example here to set the narrative going forward. Any region not strictly following the rules from here on out and it will be ''you don't want to end up like Liverpool''. There has been a single death on the Wirral related to Covid over the past week yet it's about to go in to a Tier 3 lockdown.

None in Halton either and we're in the same boat

We shouldn't have gotten into bed with this garbage 'Liverpool City Region' - We've received none of the benefits and cashed in all of our autonomy

I guess its cos when someone calls an ambulance, they dont know why they are poorly, (might hazard a guess mind), so the diagnosis is done at the hospital, after any emergency cpr/treatment by the paramedics.
