COVID case in the kids' school nursery bubble.

So we've been told the 3-year-old has to self-isolate for 14 days... but everyone else in our house is fine and can carry on as usual, no problems.

No wonder this thing is spreading again - totally clueless from top to bottom.
We currently have the scenario in work where management want staff to come back earlier than the app told them to.

They are basing it on when the staff member got symptoms even though they don't know what triggered the app for those staff members in the first place.

And the remaining 8 of us are all fine despite being in the same office as said person

Shop your management to the covid marshalls so you all get shut down and paid to stay at home again.

Sadly it's the NHS so wouldn't get far with that.

Annoying that i can't override them other than advise the staff to stay off.
Get on to the National Press then. About time the mutants that run the NHS poorly on a day to day basis had the spotlight shine down on them. Awful management hidden behind the clap for carers etc.

I bet he stinks of piss.

If you are one of those people who don't think face masks work, I'd quite like to know by what means do you think this virus spreads?
What is the mechanism?

So its announced less than half of the UK population will be offered the vaccine and only those over 50 or with serious health complications.

So in other words stuff the younger ones who you are happy to see lose their jobs so they can "keep safe and socially distance".

What a crock - you either vaccinate anyone over 18 or let people get on with their business and shield the most at risk.

But if you vaccinate those most at risk the people who aren't at risk don't need a vaccination do they.

There was always going to be a sliding scale for vaccinations :

Key workers and the vulnerable / most at risk first and then everyone else follows according to a " graded " risk assessment.

Undoubtedly, you`ll be able to pay privately if you want to.
