What can the government do? They have to bring in some measures. People might just need to realise just because it’s Friday they don’t have to go to a pub.
Get some other hobbies during a pandemic you weirdos.

The government seem completely unable to grasp the fact that decisions can have unintended consequences. It was inevitable everyone would rush home at the same time and it is inevitable these curfew rules will result in lots of silly people having house parties instead.
They are just making rules to look like they are doing something. Theres no logic to their rules and they should be more aware of the consequences of their decisions.
What rules would you have brought in instead?

After the best part of three months everything opened up again on 5th July and things were fine.
Schools opened up the first week in September and everything has gone nuts again.
Obviously schools need to be open, but maybe just maybe that’s potentially where one of the biggest problems may lie ?

In my eyes things were fine because people weren’t as lax back then as they are no. Supermarkets dropped their queue system and directional arrows, bars seemed to stop being bothered taking details or splitting groups apart etc.
I think once people learned what they could “get away with” it’s just become chaotic.
Plus we’ve been blessed with great weather most of Summer.
I dont see how the curfew will improve anything really. I think it creates house parties which are far more dangerous so not sure id have gone for a 10pm closing time.
London probably needs separate rules too since everyone uses public transport to get home. Its a completely different case to anywhere else in the UK.
I dont even care myself because I've been in one pub since they reopened. Not my scene really at all. But I just see the 10pm curfew as counterproductive.

Nothing, Probably lockdown V2 coming soon cause people just really aren't listening, I mean the government are forcing all of them out on to the street at 10pm but still..some are just taking the mick.
Or a combo of the two ?
And they’ll all whinge when they’re not allowed to leave their house except for the shop or a run again. Idiots must have swiftly forgotten how good we’ve got it now compared to April.
