Hahahahaha
So now you want people to not have their own opinion or thoughts? We just agree and sit like a nodding dog because that’s what our Tory lying scum government are telling us?? WOW

Heres my thoughts on it:
Is COVID real? Yes
Is it dangerous? Yes just Like many other viruses.
Are the government and MSM over playing the danger of it? Yes complete scaremongering and I don’t buy it.
Am I scared of it or will live in fear! Absolutely not

So Should I be jailed or prosecuted for having this opinion?
They can have their own opinion; however, if they make a big deal of it and try and influence people to flout the law and the restrictions on movement in a pandemic they should be expected to face the consequences. It's a social crime; a crime against the community. Just like those Kopites we all condemned at the Pier Head....right?

It's an offence to incite violence. Is that wrong?

Anyone inciting people to break the law on Covid19 restrictions is both a) flouting the law, and b ) leads to people being harmed.

Actively inciting people to break the law and expressing a personal opinion are two very different things.

Free speech is a pillar of a socialist democracy.

Just my personal opinion, but anyone who expresses the view that Covid19 is a myth or fabricated or a conspiracy - after tens of thousands of deaths in this country and hundreds of thousands having fallen ill through it - should be prosecuted.

Well it's clearly utter nonsense to say covid isn't real. But it's certainly not a crime to have a daft opinion. I'd rather not criminalise people for being daft. That's a completely daft opinion too.

The crime would be incitement to encourage others to flout the law.

How is this at all controversial?
