You even say there they may. It's a pointless argument you are creating over something you aren't even sure about yourself.

So if you aren't sure then how you can be so sure that everyone will be on the phone to the police ?

Because that's the thing , you know some people won't be grassing on each other as a matter of principle. Which is what I have said, yet argue anyway.

Firstly it’s a discussion forum so you shouldn’t post your opinions if you’re going to complain about people disagreeing with you. Secondly, I think you and Yobo labelling people with the term “grass” is out of order, as is trying to take digs at people on here and label them as “middle class” if they disagree with you.

I’m not sure why you’re getting so bent out of shape about it to be honest. It’s not like I’m calling you a bel end, I just think on this occasion you’re very wrong.

My neighbours had loads of people around their house almost daily during the lockdown.

It pissed me off, but not once did I consider grassing them up.

But I cant speak for everybody around here.

Oh LOL, I'm not a curtain twitcher either, I only knew cos they used to go in the back yard and I hear them through open windows!

Barely anyone is contacting the police about lockdown breaches. He's devised an entire argument around a action that isn't happening.

How am I attributing anything to you? If you read my replies to everyone , not once have I even made an assumption on any of you, I have no idea who you are, where you live or anything lol not once. I simply said initially that they were middle class comments.

Like I said, unless you know FOR A FACT that everyone will be grassing each other up then you can't say I'm wrong either.

I'm not saying everyone in the entire country won't, I'm saying communities won't be. Clearly none of you all live in communities.

Because that is real Britain like I said.

As much as you personally wouldn't think twice about grassing on someone else, it doesn't mean the working class would in this country.

In fact go over to social media and you will see it for yourself , post after post about how ridiculous it would be asking people to grass each other up.

If you only know your neighbors through the crack in the blinds then go right ahead and grass them up. For many, they are communities who wouldn't even consider doing so.
