In wedding-related news we have just taken the very difficult decision to cancel our honeymoon.

Given the utter madness that's happening around here we don't think its fair if we travel outside the area currently.

My lad has been working in Morrison’s before planning on going back to Uni at the end of this month, he’s just text me and said there are signs of people beginning to stockpile again because a lot of the shelves in the store he works in have been stripped.

You would like to think people would have learnt from last time.

We feel bad like, hotels will no doubt be struggling, but it didn't sit right with either of us.

I can appreciate it would have been a difficult decision for many reasons. As legs said it's the responsible thing to do as you are doing your bit to make sure the virus doesn't spread so we can have a better tomorrow. If everyone makes those sacrifices then the quicker that will come around.

I’m still baffled mate as to why people don’t realise that if they just do their normal weekly shop (even in a full lockdown) there will plenty on the shelves.

Even though we now know what to expect and deal with, people still believe it and so will stockpile gear.
