Not good at all. See so many more people that ignore the rules than you did a few weeks back.

Go the Asda now and there’s no distancing, many not wearing masks. On top of that, there’s a whole host of COVID HOAX and COVID SCAM graffiti around the place now

Mad

Last few times I've been shopping I've seen more masks than I have since it all began.

But there are a lot of "Its just the flu" people and they seem to be growing.

The Rhonnda one is no one allowed in or out, amongst the usual stuff. Not sure if that is feasible in Liverpool, (one reason to be allowed in is for work).
"We think this could involve a ban on care home visits, with vulnerable people perhaps being told to shield again.

"We may see pubs and restaurants reduced to takeaway services and restrictions on households mixing, we will have to wait and see exactly what measures are brought in and will keep people informed.

Social distancing mostly, masks in shops etc.

Find that hard to believe myself tbh.

Most people in shops and on public transport are wearing masks. You’re as bad as davek in this thread.

Social distancing is out the window but what do you expect in a city centre. Highly doubt you kept two metres away from everyone for the duration yourself.

Did you have to go into liverpool three times? Seems a bit hypocritical for you to travel into liverpool on three separate occasions and judge people for breaking the rules.

This is the point I was making the other day. Most of us in some way or another have become complacent and broke rules, so casting judgement on others isn’t the best look.

Yes, they are. Sadly.

Like I have said before.

20 people dying of a virus is nothing in the bigger picture. As much as you want to run the idea of doom and gloom, OMG 20 people died a day of covid-19.

1000 people die every day on average.

We are currently 15% down right now on our 5 year average , so less people in the country are dying on average (I know the average has been mentioned in here before).

Suggests to me that if, given less people are going out and wearing masks and social distancing and all that. There is something else that isn't killing people as much as it did on average over the past 5 years , hence the lower numbers , to the tune of anywhere up to 150 a day.

But we aren't making a major fuss over that ?
