I'm finding it difficult to see what point you're trying to make cos you're all over the shop.
- You were celebrating the fact that the official number of official Covid deaths was dropped by 5,000, and cited it as proof that the media was previously overhyping the virus and it was nothing to worry about.
- I mentioned that the excess deaths recorded in the UK over the same time was 60,000 (it's actually over 65,000 now)
So even going with my original quoted number of 60,000. Even subtracting the 10,000 people who I completely accept could have died from isolation. Even if we take both those statistics as fact, there has still been 50,000 excess deaths in the UK with 41,000 of those officially from Covid.
So my questions to you are:
- Did these 50,000 excess deaths just happen to coincide with the outbreak of a global pandemic that has seen the excess death of hundreds of thousands everywhere else in the world?
- Why do you even care about the 10,000 who have apparently died from isolation in the UK when you have already said the other 50,000
?
