I suspect that depends very much on just what public transport is like. At the moment, using a train is still very much a minority activity, so people are largely constrained to their locality, which makes it easier to contain any outbreaks. If that changes...

As a discussed with @Catfish Blues yesterday, there was no spike after the last mad rush to the beaches.

The way I’m reading it, is that they’re more arsed about the litter, drinking and lack of bogs.

Depends if there's fit looking people in other groups nearby which match your sexual preference to lust after or not.

Some well stacked blonde in a skimpy bikini leaning over you while she rubs cream into her back wouldn't be the end of the world.
