Absolutley pathetic these poseurs who go the gym at the best of times; even more so now when they're bellyaching about not getting their fix of "supplements".

Some of us want to look JACKED and SWOLE and not buy our small sized tops from primark and have pencil arms and chicken legs.

Also you do know that cyclists take plenty of “supplements” don’t you? What are you on mate?

My body is a temple. I do not partake of drugs.

A lot of stuff people do in the gym can’t be done at home either, certainly not cheaply. If you live in a flat there’s probably barely room for any large equipment never mind the noise it would create using barbells etc, doing any cardio exercise indoors is basically impossible as well when you live above people.

Its true that you can workout in some capacity at home but there is a reason gyms exist.

well technically you can, it’s just how manipulate the training to suit the requirements. Weight training is simply breaking down muscle fibres, that can easily be achieved with body weight exercises and an adaptation of your routine.

...to launder money.

245 is the overall figure for the day, 41 down on yesterday and 114 down on last week. This brings the 7 day rolling average down to an even 200
...which is appalling in a European context where all civilised nation's have deaths in the tens or scores at most.

There has been no end to the first wave of this virus in the UK. NONE. It's been allowed to plateau at a horrific level.

What kind of numbers would have to appear for you to consider a wave to be over though?

We are a few weeks behind remember. Trend is encouraging, if everyone just does stuff correctly, hopefully it will be in those numbers soon.

As far as I am concerned, full lock down is still in place. Essential (ish) shopping, meds, thats it. Indoors the rest of the time.

edit. First wave? I remain to be convinced of that still.
