It's chronically observed (face covering). Even social distancing is breaking down...and why would it not when tools in the government are telling them to distance by 1 metere if they cant do 2 metres?

I meant seeing hundreds and hundreds of people. Cos I just dont.

The only thing that’s uncoupled is you from reality, fruitcake.

If this was, as you claim, a systematic failing of the current economic model spanning 40 years then there’s no way a country would collapse within 3 months.

Nor would it explain why countries operating with similar models have come out of this relatively unscathed.

Poor argument as usual.

Almost everyone near me seems to be hosting a little mini celebration...
 
Ladies and gentlemen, I have just received word from on high that... deep breath... on the 8th of June at 1700 I can... GO THE PUB!

The restrictions aren't so harsh, he;s losing about 20 % of his capacity but is mainly over the moon to be able to go back to work.

Apologies in advance for anything I post next Tuesday.

It's not overnight. The Scandinavians have been slowly abandoning many of the principles of welfarism to one degree or another, and the vacuum has been filled by nationalist parties, again to one degree or another. In Norway, Iceland and Denmark enough of the old social democratic impulse to a common threat remained in place; in Sweden, the Covid19 policy took another, untypical route.
