Interesting observations about Japan and cluster and environment.

without ordering strict lockdown measures

"Japan has urged people to avoid environments with what it calls the “Three Cs”, meaning close contact in closed-off, crowded spaces, where experts say most infections have occurred. But that won’t be enough to avoid a second wave of infections".

Another one on clusters (I think this has been put on here before)

explains this conundrum

Closed-off spaces like schools, offices and factories could well be places that enables the virus to spread as are hospital and care homes.

Sorry to here about the girlfriend mate, that is rough.

Speaking purely for myself it is an effective track/trace system supplemented by widespread access to testing and directives on mask wearing (preferably with government discounted high quality masks but think I have run out of my three wishes ;) )
Track & trace

Works very well in other countries , but do you think this Govt will make a better fist of it than they have done from day one of this crisis ?
They have fell at every hurdle so far with grave consequences , I have little faith they will be any better with Track & trace.
Coupled with looseing of lockdown there will be spike after spike in the coming weeks & months.

We need more public questions and fewer journalists

The publics questions are generally of a better standard than the journos, who could do with learning not to waffle and be succint, but what we really need is for the politicians to answer honestly and fully ( to be fair to the scientists and medics, they generally do answer the questions ).

Plus, if they don't know the full answer, then that should be provided later, in the public domain in such a way that it's well communicated, possibly by fully answering it in a later briefing

Do you own your own home ?
Academic qualifications ?
Do you have a mortgage ?
Ethnic background ?

These are the questions asked on the Isle of Wight residents for the tracker..

No wonder this won't work.

The terms and conditions are written around American law, they can keep your date for upto 20 years.

China is a filthy country built on countless bodies and lies
I assume you’re referring to their government and not people?

Do you own your own home ?
Academic qualifications ?
Do you have a mortgage ?
Ethnic background ?

These are the questions asked on the Isle of Wight residents for the tracker..

No wonder this won't work.
How on Earth are those relevant questions?
