I mean this 6-people meet thing is great, can see my family in the garden now, but I mean... let's face it this has just completely ended lockdown now. There will be garden parties, house parties, no one is gonna remember to disinfect every time they go for a piss in someone elses house etc.

Why not in a house? What is the issue in going to someone's house?!
It's almost like the government are trying to get as many people outside as much as they can? Can't go and visit in someone's house whilst socially distancing but bigger groups can go outside. Makes no sense unless they want to create herd immunity buy having as many people out as possible but still only on groups of 6.

Journalists need to stop asking two questions in one go, you just give them the chance to avoid the one they don't want to answer.
Get brutal with the questioning, stick the boot in with your best and then you're unavoidable.
Just going by what I've seen so far after they announced 2 people could meet.

You still have to social distance, which would be tough with 6 people in one room.
They've ridden the Cummings saga, so now they're emboldened and the iron fist is coming out.
Higher chance of contamination of particles in the air or on surfaces inside that people may come in regular contact with.

They may think they have, but they havnt.
Yesterday the figure was 17%. Much of which will be due to people who have returned to work while still social distancing.
Yesterday Paris was 33%.
Stockholm 39%.
Berlin 32%.
Lyon 31%.
Hamburg 28%.
Millions of people are obeying social distancing and staying at home. Including I would imagine the vast majority of people on this forum.

I'm just going to stick to my own rule and that is to not leave my house unless absolutely necessary, I'm still not going to see any family.
I don't agree with our government so i don't abide by their ideas, people can blame them all they want, but it's those who are thinking going to the beach to mingle with thousands of people is a good idea, just because it's now allowed who are making sure this virus isn't going away. It's like nobody can think for themselves anymore.
