Wahoo, a host of government measures gaffer taped together by a toddler, thousands of cases per day, relax measures further...what could go wrong?

Just went to the supermarket to pick up my carry out for work (I'm in all weekend) and any pretense of social distancing seems to be well and truly gone.
Crowds of people everywhere.

Second wave should hit just in time for the league restart there...
The queuing outside is easily maintained.
The number allowed into the shop is easily maintained. ( 260 at a time in mine for example ).
It's once people are in shopping that's the issue now. No one seems arsed and staff getting loads of grief for being 'jobsworths'.

Didn't take long for people to return to type.

I was in yours near me earlier today. Its way smaller than your store, but everyone, staff and customers, were still doing what we have all done for weeks.

I do wish people would stop saying “lockdown is over” or people “don’t care”.

It’s simply not true.

Movement data for Manchester and London up until yesterday. Still massively down on usual.

The vast majority of people are using common sense and respecting guidelines, its a disservice to them to imply people generally aren't doing so.

Can you even read your own graphs?

Lockdown happened on the 23rd of March...just look at the levels the day before and the levels now. We will be there again by Monday.

Two journos asking the medical / scientific advisors about their opinions on Cummings flaunting the rules on people abiding lockdown.

Boris shut them both down, "protecting" (read: not allowing) the advisors to answer.
It's not exactly a political matter, it's actually medical and moral much more than political.

Absolute rabbit hole. This entire government is built on cronyism

Bunch of corrupt murderers.

Do you reckon that's what Starmer will call for?

He'll probably still be offering to be constructive partners with them.

He had a good jibe earlier about the Prime Minister being unable to lead without Cummings but we still haven't reached calling for him to level.

I suspect his personal GenSec would gladly take the fall for these murderers in charge.
