Agree but they also should have given him a PCR test when he first showed symptoms so this time not waiting. Not keen on this tbh. The NHS should be sorting this out and providing for free......

They are for frontline staff, patients, care home workers and residence.
No idea whose getting it after that ?
I know.Never said for free & was making a (very) obvious joke.
how can they be a placebo for the public and vital for health workers?
Wouldn't you want to prioritise those that are either likely to infect others or be infected?Should then be the over 70’s, who are still locked in plus Teachers and the more vulnerable age groups. It’s a double edge sword of course, find out you’ve had it and you are happy, find out you haven’t and it’s back to misery.....
Flu and other vaccines are required to be covered by all US health insurance plans without charging a co-payment. Of course that coverage was only introduced in the Affordable Care act that Trump admin is trying to revoke![]()
Anyone moaning about the NHS should really take heed of this pointEven after ACA, a lot of people are without any insurance (non-Medicaid expansion states) and even more now with all the unemployed since we tie insurance to work.
Nope. You censured @Nymzee, who errs toward caution: gloves on.
If he wants to take a belt and braces approach to staying virus free why on earth would you encourage him not to?
We have enough 'individuals' in this country who cant be arsed to put a face covering on because they're selfish tits, but you've added to it.
”A lot of people are using disposable gloves in everyday life. So, one of our key messages this year for hand hygiene day is that we do not recommend using gloves while doing your shopping or when you are out and about.
Well that's a moveable feast in this crisis.Because the vast majority of stuff being used by the public aint medical standard. And are not single used.
Its like some lad revving his Golf GTI and thinking he is Lewis Hamilton.
Went to the bar for the first time since lockdown was lifted! Loved every moment of it. Good to have a beer with the boys!
Wouldn't you want to prioritise those that are either likely to infect others or be infected?
If you're shielding or self isolating properly you are at much lesser risk that someone having to be out and about.
A single doctor who uses Tik Tok to get his message out. Hardly a critical mass.Like when you told everybody it was a mild flu ?
And of course I expressed disapproval, because medical advice is that you shouldn’t wear gloves in public or when going shopping.
If you disagree with that and think I was in the wrong kindly show me evidence that wearing gloves is appropriate when going to the supermarket.
As was posted previously

Because of your usage of this abomination, I will now be reading your tweets with the voice of Bob Mortimer's Train GuyYes, although data is mixed on non-medical versions largely because there’s not standardization.
When possible multilayered, tightly woven material Is what you want.
I’ve bought several online, including Everton themed (they‘re cheap crap, natch) in order to find decent ones worth the nuisance of wearing.
Had to get my car inspected and oil changed last week. I was the only one wearing a mask with 5 other customers and 1 employee.
Well they're unlikely to be spreading Covid-19. If you are prioritising resource, is it better to prioritiset those that are at greater risk of being injected and more likely to have had symptoms or those who are unlikely to spread it because they are in lockdown and haven't been in contact with others? Some of the over 70s haven't left their house in 2 months
