The image is from Citymapper showing population movement in Manchester/London.

Basically it has remained low since the lockdown.

City centres are very quiet,however suburbs and parks are a different story.
I had to visit Dublin city centre for a medical reason and it was deserted,our suburbs however are packed
I live minutes walk from the coast and a major park and both are busier than ever
