So the Furlough Scheme is being phased out and businesses are to get back working with social distancing in place. What about the businesses that can’t socially distance?
‘We’re all in this together’ Don’t make me laugh. They are and always will be, Tory scum.
I’d like to say I’m shocked by those statistics but I think we all expected it.ONS stats today on social class and Covid19 deaths:
Disadvantaged 55 per 100,000
Advantaged 25 per 100,000
Such a simple, but good idea that.Just reported on local news Manchesters nightingale staying open for coronavirus patients so other hospitals can get back to normal asap. makes sense to me to try and keep covid patients separate as much as possible.

My job here is to try and encourage hysteria, mass panic and casual bumming
Can't see how they can cancel furlough for the hospitality and leisure industrys yet i think they'll need to extend it .If they don't the last few months payments would have been a waste of time as most people would get sacked it was brought into save jobs .So the Furlough Scheme is being phased out and businesses are to get back working with social distancing in place. They don’t care. The narrative from the government has changed from ‘we’re in this together’ to ‘we can’t save every business and job’.Can't see how they can cancel furlough for the hospitality and leisure industrys yet i think they'll need to extend it .If they don't the last few months payments would have been a waste of time as most people would get sacked it was brought into save jobs .
Figures dropping everywhere, are they a result of social distancing and lockdown or are "we" getting better at dealing with it medically or has it mutuated to a less deadly strain!!!
Find out soon.
I don’t think anyone knows mate to be honest , Im confident @peteblue will agree with me I’m pretty confident there is no consensus as nobody seems sure . I’ve spoke to a couple of landlords in the last 7 days and the only consistent thing is the inconsistency of their opinions .
on the January date ,if you are going to open then personally I’m not sure The flu season would be the best time but like I say who knows .
