Still a big difference. Missing a week. Once the false death certificates are corrected should go down more. My wife’s grandmother died of stage 4 lung cancer and they claimed COVID. 60 to 37 is a huge difference. Just be happy and clap that it’s not as bad and previously thought.

True with restaurants,but I can see many not bothering and maybe just doing take away or something. It would be hard to operate on 25% capacity.

Sadly, trying that would be a disaster in pubs and you know country pubs will just completely ignore it.

Why - it’s a continuation of the same army that won the war of independence and reconciled after the civil war, Irish is the official national language here.

Well, it is, but as Legs pointed out, it's incomplete data. In all likelihood, the number is far bigger than the 65k they are currently at. Fair play on the optimism though

Very sorry to hear about your loss.

I will obviously be delighted if the figures are overstated but the reporting I am seeing both direct from states and the cdc “excess deaths“ makes me believe that is very unlikely and in fact we are more likely understating the impact. Time will tell and very happy to be wrong.

The boss of Wetherspoons has already said they will re open in June, as most of their pubs are big enough to accommodate social distancing and reduced numbers.

Unfortunately I think he may be jumping the gun somewhat.

Just hope they aint the same doormen who operate in Concert Square otherwise you'll only be allowed in if you have a pair of tits and fake lashes.

While another interesting point is the effectiveness of testing is not on the number of tests you do, but the she speed in getting the results and tracking contacts - he thinks testing is useless unless results can be gotten with 24/48 hours.

Can’t recall the mask requirements in Irish reopen scheme but found this bit interesting too “But when I look internationally, it seems that the most dramatic effects are due to social distancing, good hygiene etiquette and probably the wearing of masks as well.” Agree with his tesf turnaround time comments, especially in light of the research of the infection window being primarily pre-symptomatic/early stage.

That'll be where the globalists push their agenda through fear using "science". Globalism has been failing now they're jumping on the back of this virus to try and push it further. However their YouTube channel and info will be completely unbiased according to that report though lol
