It’s amazing, I don’t think he knows what to do.

He’s been trying to trumpet the stiff upper lip ‘keep calm and carry on’ schtick for years, but he also knows a big fat 55yo blancmange like him may well be at risk with this so he’s just gone complete meltdown lol

It's incredible to see.

However, the trouble with a lot of these hacks is they seem to think that they know better than experts.

I've just had lunch with a mate that retired before Christmas knowing he had a decent share portfolio that would see him through a comfortable retirement.
As of this morning, that portfolio was worth 36% less than when he retired just 3 months ago. He knows it'll recover in time when all this blows over but he is rightfully very worried.

A relative of mine was planning on retiring in April with the comfortable sum of £500k in shares alongside his state and relatively small work pension.

He knows in the long term that there’ll be a rise in his shares, but in the short-term he’s lost a hefty amount. My own own shares have been pummelled!
