It shouldn't, but I meant as in I haven't got a family to provide for.

The vast majority of self-employed people are being taken care off - albeit it should be done much quicker than June.

But there's a bunch who aren't and obviously it's really daunting.

I don't want sport to come back until it's safe to do so but it's also the vast majority of my living, so the sooner it's back, the better for me, I won't lie.

It is the conundrum for me. I do not necessarily want anything that does not need to start before time, and yes there is a big part of that in wanting the prem to be voided. But at the same time I understand the impact that would have for many businesses, from newsagents / burger vans / chippies on upwards. These are difficult times.

This. I popped Grandad Gammon and his inhumanity on ignore some months back and it makes for a much more enjoyable forum experience. Hard to take someone seriously when they claim being a Thatcher supporter is 'middle ground'.

It’s not just the government though. There needs to be questions over standards and practices in NHS hospitals, the same in care homes. They’ve both been clusters of virus spreading through this.

If diseases and viruses were being spread in a takeaway it would be investigated and shut down. The NHS are hiding behind front line workers, as are care homes.

The question is how does this replicate itself outside of this crisis?

Just read an Israeli paper (https://arxiv.org/abs/2004.10324 if interested) modeling various scenarios. Long story short, they conclude that economies can stay open if:
- social distancing is maintained (including at work)
- anyone with symptoms self-isolates for 14 days and is tested
- hygiene measures are used when in public, such as wearing masks, and thorough hand hygiene
