Been informed at work there is an announcement at 12 with the rumour being all schools are about to shut. With kids being given 4 weeks off school.

Mate in Ireland said there's chatter back over there about schools closing from Monday next week for 2 weeks.

Our office here is climbing towards something similar, won't be long until we're all remotely working.

Not all organisations have the facilities to do that. I doubt ours does.

I got email off school earlier detailng all the online study they have prepared for year 11 as my lads got GCSE's this summer.
I think the schools know what's coming.

Warm weather in Iran has not made a diddly squat to the spread of this virus......

Stronger UV light in the sun damages the virus but yeah not made much difference in Singapore either where it's hot most of the year.

The thinking here is that the NHS is already under pressure in winter so they are trying to reduce any burden on it by delaying the spread as much as possible.
