They have now identified that the increase in the spread of the disease in the UK saw a dramatic slowdown after we were told by the government to stop going out to pubs etc and the slowdown was even more apparent after they were actually closed the following week.
It could just be a coincidence of course

Theres nothing wrong with frozen veg from a nutritional standpoint.
The points vegetables lose most nutrients between field and plate are peeling and cooking.
In fact frozen produce can actually be more nutritionally dense due to that.
Find this dismissal of frozen food bizarre. Frozen is just a food preservation technique.

Government figures saying 17,000 deaths, the true death toll is being reported by the media to be around 40,000, including 11,000 from care homes.
There is a cover up going on at Government level here choosing only to report hospital deaths, because 40k is truly shocking and the worst in Europe.
If true we are right up there with the USA as being inept at handling this situation and that falls on the MP's incharge.

Helen whately on GMB again this morning and made a right balls of it again.
I only caught the last 5 mins, just in time to hear her say she didn't want to mislead the public over the death figures for NHS and care home workers, and then be told that over a hundred had died when she claimed it was thirty or so. She also claimed the total death figures were 17,000 and Morgan tells her that the total figures are nearer 41,000.
Another classy performance from this grubby Government.
Has Johnson crawled out from under his rock yet..........Boris where are you.

The financial times has studied the data from the Office for National Statistics, that's all you need to know, the Government admitted 2 weeks ago they are only using hospital deaths in their daily disclosure of deaths from Covid-19.
The Government are fudging the figures as the true death toll here is a scandal and they know it.
Tbf, that's kind of the problem. There are no facts and figures for nursing homes in a lot of countries. I think it's fairly safe to assume the numbers we're given every day are probably lower than the reality

The key players in this... Johnson and Hancock are nowhere to be seen.
Other government ministers are quick to follow the ‘guided by the science’ line to wash their hands of accountability.
The UK scientists have been way out of step with other countries... if these numbers being reported today are accurate then the UK science is wrong... yet the UK government continues to follow its guidance.
All involved need sacking and probably charged with manslaughter through gross incompetence and negligence.
The UK public are living this right now but we are seemingly sleepwalking in a torrent of death and devastation... because the government are misleading us on the real figures.

The government are not including care home deaths and deaths at home in the community, you know care homes, where the most vulnerable to death from this virus reside, where they can't self isolate so it spreads like wild fire through a care home if it's detected.
Fancy not including those deaths in reports they are producing everyday, wonder why they are doing that?

The ONS figures do appear to be on very shaky ground really, they include anyone they suspect of having COVID without any testing. Essentially if you die in a care home at present the ONS consider it a COVID death. Could be an unrelated heart attack etc.

I'm sceptical about every country's stats tbh. Unless we carry out in depth post mortem on every single death then we won't know for sure?
I'm also not sure how the totals are recorded and if the same reporting method is used in all countries.
