What would be a valid strategy?

Not letting people from hot zones wander through customs without giving them as much as a leaflet? Not suppressing tests to establish how entrenched it is in the wild? Some support for employers/employees? Keeping medics updated? Getting the TA to set up emergency infrastructure?

Basically clients aren't going to be hiring for a few months and a load of processes have been put on the back burner, which will probably be a disaster for the smaller agencies in the short term. Very worried now, don't want the missus to be carrying the can on the mortgage, but I suspect opportunities will be in short supply in my industry in the coming weeks and months
