My point was it shouldn't take an expert to know that whenever the time comes for the first bits of lifting measures, it should be done gradually, and not all at once?

And, to this observer anyrate, the vast majority of the UK are not morons, understand its serious, understand the restrictions we are all under are, er, understandable, and not really, that awful.
That said, if I was 30 years younger, in a flat with youngsters, and having to use UC for the first time, I might not be so sanguine. But you can only live this through your own experience.

Yes my beautiful landscaped garden needed a drop of water - my double flowered Aubrieta look fantastic - used a hosepipe with a gun sprinkler nozzle on it with 8 speeds if you had walked past I would have offered you a drink.....of water......
