Sooner people are back at work the better for the economy.

That's the motivation behind it, not health first and foremost. Although end of April sounds a little short in terms of time frames. I'd expect it to be in may at the every least.

I've got a more antiquated setup -- an old bike with a harder training tire on the back riding on top of a small cylinder, a bike treadmill if you will. Been using it for years during the winter and also during this situation. Boring as hell, but needs must.
