I haven't caught 1 second of this meh tournament.

Whats the standard been like, bet it's been depressing to watch without fans.

I've watched more of it than the Euros due to the time of the games. Argentina v Colombia was a cracker of a game.
I can manage fine with no fans, but the commentator we get is very boring, would be so much better with a south american doing it

I suspect Argentina will blow it again, and Messi will be tightly marked and relentlessly fouled. Morale will sag if Brazil score the first goal and Argentina will be playing catch-up all game long. 2-1 Brazil. I would like to be proven wrong with my prediction though. I'm rooting for Argentina.

Ha, it seems like the proper prediction! But for the sake of Messi's career (eventhough I'm annoyed at him right now about the way he treated Mina during the penalty kicks) I hope Argentina wins too. I think his greatest football disappointment is not to have achieved a championship with his National Team, given how successful he has been at the club level.

I have been watching them with Colombian commentators and the game is never boring with them narrating the match.

He likely will be. I’d like to se Di Maria play from the start here to give the Brazil back line more to think about. Gonzalez hasn’t been doing much the last couple games. Might free up Messi a bit having someone else playing direct and taking people on.

I watched the semi final last night and was surprised Di Maria didn't start...was he injured? (only now catching up on the all the matches I recorded). I agree on Gonzalez.

Not sure if he has a knock but sure didn’t look like it when he came on. Maybe they just like him as the super sub.

Wow...didn't realize that the 3rd place game was today--thank god for youtubetv and their recording function. I was surprised to learn that the Euro's quit having a 3rd place game in 1980...I think that's a shame as I would love to see Denmark-Spain play.
