I don't get this latest piece from Moyes, that he'll see how the next 3 months go before making a decision.

It's not the team's responsibility to get results to keep the manager, it's the manager's responsibility to get results so the team will keep him. He shouldn't wait to see what the next 3 months are like, because his actions will determine how successful we are for the rest of the season.

that's what I was trying to say but said far more articulately by you sir!

What he says in interview's I'd take with a pinch of salt. He's hardly gonna say the truth which is prob one of either...

I'v had enough, fancy a change and a club who can challange financially
Or
I'm waiting to see if this board will get there hands in there pockets and spend some money!

Don't forget that their is sense among a growing minority that Moyes hasn't done as well as the media and the rest of the fans think and that his failure to win a trophy means he has achieved, at best, modest success at Everton.

I'm sure if we have poor run between now and the end of the season, that small minority + more will see it as a natural end to reign in charge and Moyes won't want to outstay his welcome.

I'm sure that among other things are why he's delayed his decision.

Wait till the end of the season, withdraw his contract offer and get Rafael Benitez in when he leaves Chelsea.

Then laugh as Moyes becomes special guest host of sky's SPL coverage cause no one else will give him a managers job.

Lolz.
